Ensembles are open for audition and enrollment to all students regardless of their field of study. Ensembles include:
- Wind Symphony
- Symphonic Band
- Symphony Orchestra
- Jazz Ensemble (One & Two)
- Sound of Southern Utah Athletic Bands
- Opus (chamber vocal ensemble)
- Concert Choir
- Luminosa (treble choir)
- Commercial Music Ensembles
- Percussion Ensembles
- Other instrumental chamber ensembles (brass, string, etc.)
