How do I transfer my credits from another institution?

Send official transcripts to Admissions. Official transcripts must be submitted directly from the previous school(s) to 黑料天堂 via: Electronic Transcript Service, such as: National Transcript Clearinghouse, Parchment, eScrip-Safe, etc.
Once you are fully admitted, transfer articulation will find course descriptions and email them to the respective departments for review.
You will receive a "Transfer Equivalency Letter" email once the articulation is complete. You will receive a separate email for each transcript that is articulated. Transcripts are processed in the order they are received once a student is admitted.

How do I know how my transfer credits will fit into my degree requirements?

Once you pay your enrollment deposit you will have access to DegreeWorks in the my黑料天堂 portal. DegreeWorks will show you how your transfer courses will apply toward your 黑料天堂 degree requirements.

If I took a lower division transfer course, will it count toward upper division at 黑料天堂? No. If you took a transfer course as lower division, it will not count toward upper division.

Why did my credits transfer as electives?

The academic department reviews the course content and decides how a course should transfer.

I think I already took this course at my previous institution, what should I do?

Work with your academic advisor to see if a transfer credit appeal is appropriate.

How long does it take for a transfer articulation to be completed?

It can take 1-3 weeks for processing from the time you are fully admitted to 黑料天堂.

How do I transfer my JST military transcripts?

You will need to work directly with the 黑料天堂 Veterans Resource and Support Center.

How do I transfer my graduate level courses? You will need to work directly with your Student Success Advisor
