• Before registering with BYU for the FLATS exam, please contact Specialized Testing by email at specialtest@suu.edu or by phone at 435-865-8113 for important registration details. 
•   Registration must be completed prior to coming to the Testing Center to take the exam.  After registering with BYU for the FLATS, please be sure to pay the $25.00 ºÚÁÏÌìÌà proctor fee and bring the receipt with you.  Payment for the proctor fee can be made at the link below.
